Vintage Saint Laurent Rive Gauche from the early 1980's. Silk long sleeves blend dress with leaf print pattern in green tones with splashes of black, sleeves are cuffed with three black buttons. Shirt collar style with attached tie and three black buttons, small shoulder pads and two side pockets at hips. Dress has a hidden side zipper and it is lined from waist down in hunter green.
