A jewel style neckline with multiple tulle layering with multicolor single feathers, long sheer balloon style sleeves with elasticized cuffs, fitted bodice with slight boning. Multi tulle layer skirt in black and brown tulle adorned with single feathers, back zipper closure with a single hook and eye.
