Diane Freis, floral printed poly georgette dress with a black background and red, blue, cream and gold flowers from the 1980's. A long sleeve dress with a scoop neckline, an elasticized waist panel and cuffs. A V-style bordered print from shoulders to mid center bust and back. Full skirt with knife pleats. Top center back has two cream colored loop button closures.
