Vintage Bill Blass, cotton twill coat in a multicolor paisley and leaf pattern with a matching pouch style handbag / hand muff from the early 1970's.
Long sleeves, shirt collar style, two hidden side pockets and mid center closure with a series of oversized snaps. Coat is fully lined in ivory.
Pouch bag / hand muff lined in copper satin.
